About the event
Pre-K-2nd graders will meet with a ranger for their program, Oh Deer!
This program reviews the concepts of what an animal needs to survive: food, water, shelter, and space. It will be a fun active class that will allow them a little running! Class will last 30-45 minutes
3rd graders on up will hike with a ranger into the forest and discover concepts of diversity and interdependence. Class will last 45-60 minutes.
Each group will take turns, and when they aren't with the ranger they can hang out on the playground and open space in the day use area.
This event is FREE. We will send out specific instructions for getting your free day pass, closer to the event.
