A Moo-velous Trip to Sulphur Springs
We closed out February with a "Moo-velous" trip to Sulphur Springs.
We started the day off at the Southwest Dairy Museum. The 10,000 square foot museum has a variety of artifacts and historical documents related to the diary industry, and in particular, showcases the importance of the dairy industry and its role in Hopkins County. Our visit ended with complimentary ice cream for the entire crew.
The rest of our visit to Sulphur Springs was spent enjoying the beautiful day outside together. We visited the local playground and enjoyed lunch together. The kids played while the adults took advantage of the time to get to know each other better. We also took a side trip to visit the beautiful downtown square and it's many unique charms.
We missed our friends who were not able to make the trip, but hope to see everyone on our next field trip to Tyler State Park.
