To become a member of the Catholic Family Adventure Community, you will need to complete the entire registration process including:

  • Filling out the online form found below.
  • Completing all of the forms found on the next page after submitting this form. The system will automatically deny your request if you do not complete those forms, so please don't forget that part of the process.

Once we have received your completed registration documents, the Membership Coordinator, or a member of their team, will be in touch with instructions on how to make the $75 yearly registration payment as well as how to connect with the community.
