To complete registration with Catholic Family Adventure Club, you must fill out the information requested and complete the forms found at the bottom of this form. The system will automatically deny your request if you do not complete those forms, so please don't forget that part of the process.

After you have submitted your registration informaiton including the attached forms, someone from the membership committee will follow up with you in the next 72 hours to finalize your registration including making arrangments to collect the $50 dues for the programming year. At that time, they will let you know how to get started with the member's only portal of the site. We look forward to getting to know you and your family.
